Enrolment in all year levels is by application at any time throughout the year.

Children born between 1 July, 2011 and 30 June, 2012 are eligible to enrol in Prep for 2017.

Children born between 1 July, 2012 and 30 June, 2013 are eligible to enrol in Prep for 2018.

Children born between 1 July, 2013 and 30 June, 2014 are eligible to enrol in Prep for 2019.

Enrolment applications can be submitted through the principal. Applications need to include a completed enrolment form, which can be accessed via this website. (See above.) Parents / guardians are required to provide an original birth certificate or extract at time of enrolment. Enrolment cannot be confirmed until documentary evidence of a child’s date of birth has been submitted. Also, if the child has been Baptised, a copy of the Baptismal Certificate is required. When all documentation is available an interview with the parents, child and members of the Leadership Team will be conducted.

 Overseas Students

The school does not maintain registration for the enrolment of full fee paying overseas students. Refer to the Brisbane Catholic Education site for a list of schools which enrol these students.

 Transfer

If a child is leaving to attend another school, written notice to the Principal is required at least a week prior to the transfer, to allow for documentation to be assembled. It is necessary to provide written permission to the Principal so records can be forwarded to ensure continuity of schooling for each child.
